jugadores haciendo un bug para trabar la partida y ganar

nuestra primera partida de 2da division, y nos hacen esto, estabaamos ganando 1 a 0 y a los 7 minutos, trabaron el partido para todo mi equipo, solo a uno le deja ver el partido pero no mover su jugador, y me paso los screens. El partiddo termino 5 a 2

Our first match in Division 2, and they do this to us. We were winning 1-0 and after 7 minutes, they froze the game for my whole team. Only one player could see the game but couldn't move their player. I'm sending you the screenshots.

The game ended 5 to 2
