Subject: FC 26 PS4 – Ultimate Team matchmaking not working

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS4, and since October 26, 2026, I have been unable to find opponents in Ultimate Team.

The problem affects:

Division Rivals: matchmaking searches indefinitely.

Rush: matchmaking also does not work.

Online Seasons: working normally.

I have already tried enabling and disabling cross-play, but the problem persists.

It seems that the issue may be related to Ultimate Team matchmaking rather than my internet connection.

Could you please investigate whether there is a server-side or account-related issue affecting my account?
