Low FPS or (and) delay after the break in game

I cant play competetively because every time i start the match something suddenly clicks when 45 mins passes and after the break im basically unable to do anything because my moves start getting delayed and in game fps changes from 100fps to 4-10. Please repair it because i have only a week left to play and cant really enojy the game right now...it also kicks me ut of the app when the online match gets started sometimes and im getting the loses i dont deserve...

 If it is not going to be fixed i will be forced to ask for the refund etc.
