Ability to send promoted youth players back to the Youth Academy / U21 team

Hi EA Sports FC Team,

I would like to suggest a feature for Manager Career Mode FC 27: the ability to send young players back to the Youth Academy (or a U21 team) after they have been promoted to the senior squad.

Currently, once a player is promoted to the main team, they cannot go back to the academy. If they aren't ready for first-team football or if loan offers fall through, they sit on the bench and their growth stalls.

Allowing us to send players back to the Youth Academy or creating a playable/simulated Reserve/U21 team would add much more realism and flexibility to squad management.

Thank you for considering this!
