Allow us to hide certain players from sbc squads

Using the squad builder feature for quickly grinding sbcs is great but we should be able to hide certain players, for example if you have a low rated card that you have grinded evos on or have a lot of games with and you want to keep it in your collection without haveing to worry you might accidentally “discard” it in an sbc.
