Bug? Hack?

The title of this post is synonymous with my state of confusion. As you can see in the video recording attached. My goalie decided to concede a goal. I pass the ball back to him under no pressure and he just let it run right through his leg. Is this a joke? How am I suppose to move up into higher divisions when foolishness like this happens? Did I purchase your product to be made fun of?
