Career mode Contract renewal situations

Unfortunately career mode not enjoyable when you have multiple players, especially regular starters, with less than 12 months left of a contract who are not willing to renew their contract. I understand at first to keep it slightly realistic, that a player may not renew when a new manager come in however, I have received messages from multiple players asking for their contract to be renewed or considered. When going to the squad hub immediately after this and attempting to renew their contract, the same message about them not interested in entering negotiations appears. This then leads to them submitting a transfer request weeks later as it appears you're not willing to do what they are asking. It can get frustrating as well when some players dont even message for a contract renewal but they out of the blue, an offer comes in for them only to then realise they've submitted a transfer request due to not having a new contract or they sign a precontract elsewhere before having an opportunity to renew with them. 

Hopefully this can be rectified in an update as it takes away the fun and freedom of a career mode from the very beginning when you are forced to sell or lose players with 0% chance of keeping them
