Coin Wiped - 3 Year Clean Account

Three years, three years I have been playing this game that torments me. Over the weekend, I got frustrated and decided to sell all my cards and bust open packs as a last hurrah. I bought a few random cards to get rid of the remaining balance so that I could quit.

Fast forward to last night, I decided that my life was pathetic and I needed to play this game to fill the void. Reinstalled the app, made some coins on the market. This morning, I wake up and have been given a coin wipe.

This is insane to me. I purchase a game, play the game in accordance with the rules, and get slapped with this. Any tips? Do I need to submit a letter requesting binding arbitration to get my coins back.

 

Ugh. EA - please be reasonable.

    Our terms of service team are made up of real people, and while you can absolutely reach out to a live support agent, they can only raise a ticket with our terms of service team on your behalf too. Terms of service are the only team with the power to look into and either uphold or revoke bans, and it's easiesst to just reach out to them directly.

    I have concerns that their process is run by AI/bots. Is there a live agent I can speak to?
