Contracts in career mode

The contracts in career mode aren’t right. I have 2 players in last year of contract and they don’t want to discuss extension. 

Also had player out long term injured complaining about playing time, is unhappy and put in transfer request. Now he’s fit and I cannot do anything to make him happier, clubs are offering fee and I cannot accept or reject or block it. So now I have an unhappy player just winding down their contract and nothing I can do. 

“I’m not happy with lack of game time”

”But you are injured with a broken collarbone”

”I don’t care, I want to play or I will request a transfer”

”Go ahead, see where that gets you”
