Ea customer service not helping

Hi, does anybody have problem with EA not giving help to your problem?

 I've been trying to get help for 2 days because of my wrongly placed ban to transfer market for couple of days.

All I need is a person, not a bot to answer to my questions. Please EA help me?

If someone has the same problem how did you manage it?
