Feature request: add 75 fps limit

Dear EA team,

happy to see monitor support has been improved this year and you have finally added 75 HZ monitor support on PC.

Unfortunately without a 75 fps limit option, it is not much usable, unless limiting the fps from the graphic card driver.

Could you please add 75 fps limit option?
