Fix team tactics - can't swap players, tactics or not changes not saving

This occurs mostly in offline mode when trying to make changes to the team tactics, it either doesn't save any changes or you can't even swap players around. In my case, it bugs more so when I've made offline transfers or added created players. Team tactics has many problems.

This is an issue that persisted throughout the whole of FC25 and is the reason I got a refund. Not being able to change your team and swap players around, despite tactics being heavily promoted (especially for FC25), deemed the game defective and against your warranty policy. This is the reason I was successful in my refund claim. Many people flagged this issue in FC25 and it was never fixed. We were also ignored.

If you have really listened to the community, this issue will be resolved immediately. Can you really let a legitimate refundable worhty bug continue to persist through 2 game cycles?...
