Help me

Hello, I am having a problem with the Companion App.

 

When I log in, it shows that I do not have any Ultimate Team, while I actually have a team and I am actively playing with it on my console.

 

Because of this issue, my account and team are not showing correctly in the Companion App.

 

I would appreciate it if you could check my account from your side and fix this issue on the server.

    Hi there Mr-ArtKM89​ This usually means you’re logging in with the wrong EA account email.  You can check which platform accounts you’ve already linked on the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings.  Open the Web App in a private/incognito tab and sign in again with the correct details.
