Community ManagerHi there Mr-ArtKM89 This usually means you’re logging in with the wrong EA account email. You can check which platform accounts you’ve already linked on the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings. Open the Web App in a private/incognito tab and sign in again with the correct details.
