How do I make a formal complaint

How do I make a formal complaint to EA? I have been punished by another player cheating and want a refund or compensation but EA don't provide a link to write my complaint or email. They have an AI chat loop that never connects to a human. Will have to take action against trading standards if not

    That’s a lie. You cannot raise a complaint with an EA advisor. You should be **bleep** shut down as a company. **bleep**.
