How do I make a formal complaint

How do I make a formal complaint to EA? I have been punished by another player cheating and want a refund or compensation but EA don't provide a link to write my complaint or email. They have an AI chat loop that never connects to a human. Will have to take action against trading standards if not

Hey joeburnsmusic if you wish to make a formal complaint then you will need to open a case with our live support team

They are the only team who can assist with such issues.
