Matchmaking

I think skill based matchmaking needs to be introduced into the live events, or at least form based matchmaking of some kind. Being served up as basically cannon fodder to elite or very high rated players is depressing and reduces my desire to play the game. Yes this is a skill gap and I should "Get Good!", but this is much harder when the skill gap is so large. I would learn more playing people closer to my ability.

Unltimately, as chances of winning are hugely reduced leads to poor rewards with lower chances of packing something good to improve the team.  When coupled with those players who get the best rewards with teams that are more likely to be even further improved by them leads to the gap widening even further.

The best players should get the best rewards, but right now the gap is to large and needs readdressing.
