No Penalty When Goalkeeper Fouls Player Inside Box (Near Boundary Line)

Hello

I've noticed that when I'm in a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper and try to dribble around him, if the goalkeeper fouls me, no penalty is awarded (please see the attached videos). This has already happened to me twice, and It seems that this bug only occurs when the foul happens near the boundary lines of the penalty box. Please fix this ASAP
