Not getting rewards you paid or played for.

Playing fc26 and just this last week. Ive bought premium pass not received the 5000 sp boast spoke to advisor they just keep saying yes i have or it will add later but its been a week. And the rewards on the asia+ oceania are bugged ive not receieved multiple but says ive claimed them, i only know this because ive searched for the players as need them to do further objectives which begs to think how many times this happens and goes unnoticed. Im aware they have a digital fine print that says we dont own any of the rewards so arnt really entitled to them but still feels like your being robbed especially when you spend money on the game. Anyone else getting these issues. 

Also feel like its maga hard to even get through to anyone get stuck behind messages you carnt send back connection issues while being in live chats its a system that seems to try to directly make you think its not worth doing due to being blocked on all fronts honestly feel like id be able to figure the tax systems easier.
