Please refund me my money!!

Please refund my money as this has been mis sold. What you advertised is not what i have received. If i knew that what you said i was receiving is not what i actually received i would have not purchased this poor and very bad product. Please also remove my account as I will not be purchasing another FUT product. A shame but this has been coming for a while.
