Preorder disappointment

Dear EA Sports Customer Support,

I am disappointed with the pre-order bonus policy for EA Sports FC 25. Limiting the Icon player reward only to those who pre-ordered before August 25th feels unfair and discouraging to loyal fans. Many players, including myself, could not pre-order earlier due to personal or financial reasons, yet still supported the game by pre-ordering before launch. Excluding us from such a valued reward creates an unnecessary divide between early and later pre-orders. Pre-ordering in any timeframe demonstrates commitment, and all customers should be rewarded equally. I respectfully ask EA Sports to reconsider this cutoff or provide an alternative bonus to me for having pre-ordered after August 25th, this would show appeciation to having ordered this and would make my whole query feel satisfied.
