Pro clubs guy frozen then disconnect

Pro clubs I play with my mates and every time I can't even move my guy and then it says I'm inactive and kicks me, but it allows me to play drop in games and rush no problem when I'm myself and not in a party it's just a mess. I've uninstalled the. Reinstalled, restarted the game and my Xbox. Don't know what else to do
