Promotion conundrum?

This is my second submission in 2 days. I don't even see the first one. My defenders are literally being controlled by someone or something else. They move away from the ball or do weird stuff that i cannot even explain. In the clip (24 seconds) below. My defender moved away from the ball instead of going for it as commanded. This happens a lot. However, it mostly happens in a promotion games. Fix this nonsense because I suspect that this is a sabotage. The game play always sucks closer to promotion. This is happens whether cross play is on or off.

 Also, I submitted a case at least a day ago and haven't received any feedback or help. I'm not seeing the case in my archives either so that i could track it. Fix this EA.
