Question regarding Club Transfers section: CONMEBOL teams

Is there a way to transfer a player (created or a real-life player) to/from a CONMEBOL team in the game? Particularly in the Club Transfers area of the customisation section.

I've had no luck when looking for a side, which makes it difficult to transfer a real-life player to one of the sides, or even a created player if I made the mistake of adding them to a non CONEMBOL team initially.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. As an aside, it'd be great if the created players section age range could be expanded so a created player could be under 20, so a 16 or 18 year old player not yet in the game could be created with the correct age.
