Settings issues

First off, I try and play everything with manual settings and I have always really hated it when I go to play online and you switch my settings to "competetive." My manual settings are already "MORE DIFFICULT" than the requirements for online play. Your game switches two of my passes to "semi." Please stop. Rework the settings algorithim please. 

Last year, it took me ages to realize why I could shoot well but I couldn't pass for the life of me but then I discovered "precision pass sensitivity." And without adjusting that everything else manual is still completed assisted. Having a practically hidden setting like that is atrocious.
