Shouldn’t a red card actually hurt the team that gets it?

I swear, 90% of the time it’s actually harder playing against 10 men than 11. The moment my opponent gets a red card, suddenly their players turn into absolute machines, and mine flips to a silver team with bronze defenders. Like… what is that?? It makes zero sense. A red card is supposed to punish bad play, not flip the game in their favour. You guys at EA can keep denying scripting or DDA all you want, but experiences like this make it **bleep** near impossible to believe it’s not there. It genuinely feels like the game starts compensating the second someone goes a man down. And honestly, it’s just stupid design, especially considering how competitive FUT is. Why am I the one getting punished because my opponent made a reckless tackle? How is that fair in any competitive setting? Instead of rewarding good play, the game just bends over backwards to “balance” things, and all it ends up doing is ruining matches.
