Hi there. I know it's frustrating to not have access to the Transfer Market. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for this. You'll just need to keep playing. Keep in mind, if you have other accounts on the same device accessing UT or there were any sanctions on your account, it will delay opening the market on the app. All the details we have on this can be found in the article here.
