Whats the point making career modes for everyone to just leave

I just dont understand what you people are doing to this game for years now the game play has just got worse unrealistic stuff in game your menus still crash for nothing I have to restart my game every time I sign someone and now career mode is ruined you cant even keep your players for god sake your useless at making football game you literally know nothing about football just sat and gone through my full team and not one player I could negotiate with all my best players want to leave and nothing I can do yeah that what I wanna do just waste my time making career modes just for my striker to keep leaving thrash game once again
