Why do I lose the game when I get a disconnect?

In my last 2 games in the Weekend league I got a disconnect and it was counted as a loss. I really don‘t get it. Because its EA‘s fault, that their servers are so bad and I get punished.

The same happened in the Online Draft. I bought myself some FC Points to play Online Draft and as soon as I wanted to play my first game I got a disconnect. WHY EA WHY!??

Please just fix the system and don’t punish the players for the bad servers.
