2 Qs about manger mode?.

Hello I was wondering if there is anyone from ea who works on any part of the game could answer these two questions for me.

Q1- will Villarreal get their 3rd kit in game the Blackout kit but it’s actually Navy Blue I want to do an all Georgian player Villarreal career mode but only if that kit was in game as I bought it in real life and it’s one of the best kits I’ve ever seen in my 34 years of living (no joke).

Q2- so in this new manager market feature managers of different clubs can resign and become a free agent then sign for a new club will there be a button or a way the player can resign as manager go onto the free agency market and wait for a job to become free would make it good as well as I’m currently doing a English championship only career mode I started at Swansea won the league then I was waiting and hoping a new championship club job became available there was a lot that were insecure but I got to the last few days before it ticked over to new season and the clubs still had their manager luckily Leeds Utd got relegated from the Premiership and the job became available and I applied and got the job I am half way through second season and I don’t know if a will continue to keep getting lucky so I wanted to ask if there was a way the player who manages a club could also resign and wait for the right job thank you very much I look forward to the replies.
