Some good news johnyafaim93​ I've seen a few reports of this lately and there is a workaround that helps people.

With that in mind can you try removing off any new items you have added and then try again?

A number of  players have reported having the same issue as you due to a set of sleeves preventing the game from saving the avatars.

    Hi, I had the same thing and tried to do what you said but no matter what it still dosnt work
