I’ve found the same and my possession Stat is regularly around 40%. Also my own Players seem to be running in treacle -so you can barely manage an attack and spend most of the game trying to block through balls etc as your opponent passes the ball around the midfield. I’ve played exactly the same teams in Kick Off mode and it’s a totally different picture.
