Absolutely. I found the cup draw to be good, since I have already achieved my expectations in the cup, so now I could go out with a bang against one of the greatest.
In terms of league form, yes, things are beginning to come together quite well. Solid in the back and scoring plenty in the other end. You're right about the efficiency part. In general I don't think I have more shots than my opponents, but almost always comes out with a better xG. Seems like opponents (too) often finish from crazy angles and distances with only a minimal chance of success. Meanwhile I have quite regularly scored almost as many goals as I had shots in a game. Might do some kind of stat-review after the season, if this continues to be the case for the remaining part of it.

Top scorers least goals conceded and Chupete scoring for fun the team have really settled now and with the gap being just one point and still to play Eibar at home the team really look like favourites for the title now they appear really efficient in front of goal scoring form most shots they take whilst being really hard to create clear cut chances against. Tough tie coming up against Barcelona hopefully the team can cause a shock but the main focus is the league and trying to win it now!

Ha, funny you just said that (the striker part). Chupete was on fire in the following run of games, tearing the league completely apart 😉

Hopefully Cremashchi can add some real quality to the midfield and help the team in the second half of the season. The first half hasn't been awful the team are in the race for the title but third place creates a lottery of play offs if the team find some form they could overthrow both Levante and Eibar.
A draw away to Eibar is a good result look how superb that defence has been 9 goals conceded all season now the strikers must deliver to guarantee automatic promotion

3 wins for Eibar, now on 46 points. Málaga are only 3rd with 38 points, the same as Levante, who take 2nd place with the better head to head record despite a worse goal difference. Surprised to see this being the case in a regular league system like this...

Team looked like it as finding some consistency until the final game. Nice review of the signings made in the summer intrigued to see if the club decide to make any signings in the January window to try and cement that automatic promotion how did Eibar fair in the run?

Indeed. At this point only the two recent home games (5 points lost) mark the difference to the top, so it's certainly not crazy to think that a bit more consistency could soon throw Eibar off the top spot. On the other hand, Levante do push hard from the rear, so another slip could see them relegate Málaga to the playoff positions. Consistency really is key.
