Disconnection Issues

Regardless if I am winning or losing in a rivals game. Everytime my opponent quits the game early I get told I disconnected and when I get back into ultimate team it tells me that "I disconnected...etc" when in fact I did not quit, my opponent quit yet I'm getting penalized for this. It's unacceptable
