Game freezes way too much

First id like to say i love the game really do always loved these guys regardless of the hate people say but i just got a  warning because i won a fifa game and before i could click ok to get my coins the game froze so i had to turn off my system and turn it back on with it saying warning and lost my coins and the win that i won but it gave me a loss because of me turning off the system its not my system because i play other ea games and they dont freeze it has always been fifa this has happen several times in different modes and sections of the game please fix this issue
