Player Career - Unrealistic transfers

My second player career has me playing as a winger in Spain but I'm simulating other main European leagues. Before the end of the first transfer window (the one you're signed in) I see crazy transfers taking place such as Arsenal selling Martín Zubimendi, they only signed him in that window.

You see some crazy transfers, players that only just joined being sold, key players being sold to rivals, players being sold leaving no cover in certain positions.

In previous games there was at least an option to disable first window transfers which allowed you to delay this problem by a few months in-game.
