Hey DiehardSatsuma many of these offers are only available when an account meets certain criteria. Know it can be frustrating but in a lot of cases, these are to help lower-level clubs move up a bit.

I believe that there is a Clubs level cap in play, where if you are above a certain level, you do not qualify for the boost.

Can I ask, what level your Club is at? It can simply be the case that your Club level is so high that it is not eligible for the promo.

I think as it says in the attached photo, log in starting April 6th, so he is good, just need to wait couple of days
