I believe that there is a Clubs level cap in play, where if you are above a certain level, you do not qualify for the boost.
Can I ask, what level your Club is at? It can simply be the case that your Club level is so high that it is not eligible for the promo.

Hi darko so whats the club max level to earn the 20k axp boost because mine is level 8 and I aint got it. The same thing happened with the 2.5Axp boost for matches in which my friends got the boost and they have builds 90 rated yet still have the boost

What are the account criteria? As in my club I got it and afew others besides one person to my knowledge didn’t receive it in my club they played before April 6th and after deleted and redownloaded the game and they still don’t have it.
is there anything they can do to get it? As I got them into the game recently past 3-4 weeks and the 20k instant axp would’ve really helped out their player.
they also didn’t have the news message pop up. While me and everyone else did.
I also haven't received mine but everyone else in my club received theirs
