This would have made me be able to compete with others.

Can we get an update on this please? We've followed the advised guidance and the post was marked as 'Solved', however, the guidance we were provided hasn't addressed the issue.
Classic EA. Show up, spout a BS solution that is the equivalent to ‘have you tried turning it off and on again’ and then disappear and refuse to engage when their ‘solution’ proves useless.
Dear Darko.. Please inform us how to enable it ingame..
It's difficult for us to fix the problem when we can't find it in the ingame settings.
