Problem with idols

I have a problem with the Idols in EA SPORTS FC 26. Every time I try to finish/complete the Idols-related career objective, the game returns me to the main menu. When I try again, the same problem happens. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you!

    What platform are you playing on when this occurs Sfintik1​?

    Not seeing other reports so this is likely something on your side which means we need to figure out just what it is.
