Rooney missing from Icons for Manager career despite being in season 3 pass

Season 3 pass shows Rooney as playable in both player and manager career modes after reaching level 19 of the season pass. BUT!! He is not available for selection ☹️ It shows him as a selling point ...

I have the exact same Issue in FC 26.  Wayne Rooney is not available for Manager and Player Career and should be unlocked after we earned enough XP. 

I  also previously unlocked players like Veron, Figo and Beckham but they dissappeared after an update...  Please fix this issue so we can use these players.
