⚠️ Missing Content in FC 26 – What to Do

Hey everyone,

We know how frustrating it can be when expected items don’t appear in your club. Below you’ll find steps to follow for the most common missing content situations in FC 26.

🔄 Accidental Quicksell

  • If you quicksold a player or item by mistake, check if you’re eligible to use the Quicksell recovery feature.
  • You can find this on the Web App or Companion App under Club > Quicksell Recovery.
  • Recovery has a limit of 5 per month, and you can see items for the last 7 days so act quickly.

🎯 Objective or SBC Reward Not Received

  • First, make sure the objective or SBC was fully completed (sometimes a step may not have been checked off).
  • Log out and back in to your game – rewards can sometimes appear after a refresh.
  • If it’s still missing, take a screenshot of your completed objective/SBC, write the exact time and contact EA Help with the details.

🔒 Lost Content Due to Account Compromise

🎁 Pre-Order Content Not Showing

  • Pre-order bonuses can appear in stages (for example, the 6000 FC points from the Ultimate edition are granted in 3 occurrences). Double-check the pre-order details using this official disclaimer.
  • Important to note as well that the FC 26 Icon is only for players who pre ordered the Ultimate edition before the 26th of August.
  • Make sure you redeemed the right edition on the correct platform.

💰 Coins Spent, Player Missing

  • If you bought a player from the Transfer Market but didn’t receive the item (or your coins didn’t update):
    • Log out and back into Ultimate Team.
    • Check Unassigned Items – sometimes items are stuck there.
    • If still missing, contact EA Help with the time, platform, and transaction details.

📺 Missing Content from YouTube or Twitch Streams

  • Make sure your EA account is linked to Twitch or Youtube.
  • Check the campaign or event dates to confirm you watched during the eligible window.
  • Rewards don’t always appear instantly — they may take up to 24 hours to drop into your account.
  • Claim the rewards on the Drops page if you use Twitch.
  • Look if there is an objective or unassigned items to claim in FC26 before contacting support.
  • If you’ve waited and still haven’t received the item, contact EA Help and include:
    • The stream/campaign you watched.
    • The date/time.
    • Your linked account details.

🎟️ Missing Season Pass Rewards

  • Check the reward description carefully — coins, items, and Club rewards can sometimes look similar. (the most commun example is UT coins and Club coins)
  • Restart the game to refresh your progress.
  • Log out and log back in.
  • Play a match to force your rewards to sync.

  1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ .
  2. Log in with your EA Account.
  3. Choose FC 26 as your game, and select the platform.
  4. Select the issue type (Missing Content, Purchase Issues, etc.).
  5. Provide as many details as possible, including screenshots if available.
