Do you find they're incredibly inconsistent as well? I agree with all your points but during Drop In matches, I find that one teams AI is miles better than the other.
Picking the wrong passes, taking too long on the ball, letting forwards go past them really easily, not even running after a forward and closing the space. This will be just one team whereas the other is the complete opposite.
