Ban appeal

I received a warning last month for transfer market activity, only to discover what o actually received was a complete ban from the transfer market for the lifecycle of fc26. I have appealed multiple times now, must be over 20, specifically asking why my warning is actually a ban, but I just receive the automatic reply that my case has been reviewed and the warning stays. This makes absolutely no sense. Why can’t someone just explain to me how this has taken place? There were no further transactions from the warning, so why was a ban applied? You’re not even following your own process, so surely it’s null and void?

  • I have asked for some specific answers to how it has been applied and never received an answer though EA_Darko​ . That’s literally all I want. It’s not good enough not to engage in the actual grounds of appeal and simply send the same response time and again. Especially since there is a disconnect in the punishment. It looks as if it’s just being ignored to be honest. Easier to just say no than enter into a dialogue to help me understand. Except it would probably stop me wasting your time. An advisor has even told me today I only have a warning, so where has the ban come from?

    It’s amazing how quickly this can be applied, and yet when I bought a pack recently and didn’t receive 2/3s of the items in it there seems to be no record of anything, despite you being able to see I bought points and used them, and nothing that can be done to sort it. Isn’t that theft?

    I understand the frustration MarkoVRobertson​ , but our team will communicate all the info they can about a ban or sanction.

    All appeals are independently reviewed by a member of the team. Once the team has reviewed an appeal multiple times and found evidence to support the ban then they will no longer continue to review further appeals, unless you provide new information.

    All we can recommend on the forums is to gather as much info as you can and appeal again. Beyond this, there is nothing more that we on the forums can do to assist. WE cannot help with any account issues here.

    I was advised to post here for support by a customer advisor, I just go round in circles. I don’t understand how a warning becomes a severe ban and no one can simply say if there has been an error or whether something else has happened to push it further along. My appeal only shows up as a warning, so I’m no further forward 🤷‍♂️. Might be time just to give up on the game since I’m banned from the transfer market and EA seems to think it’s ok to take MY money and not give me what I’ve bought.
