Banned for "Grinding" - 40 +matches for BACH Evolution ignored by ToS team

Hi Community Managers,

I am a dedicated player (playing 4+ hours daily) and recently my account was permanently banned for "cheating/automation." However, this is a clear System False Positive.

Context: I was racing against the deadline for the 'Sweep & Supply' Evolution for my player BACH. To complete the tasks (specifically the Attacker Round Out stages), I had to play approximately 40 matches within a very short window.

The Issue:I played these matches manually in Squad Battles on Beginner difficulty. Because the AI is non-aggressive, I would score a goal and then rest (inactivity), which the automated system likely flagged as "bot behavior."

Evidence:I have attached the screenshot of the final BACH Evolution I was aiming for. My account currently has this BACH in an active Evolution slot. I have already appealed (Case #244786900), but I received a template rejection that clearly ignored this visual proof.

A bot or coin-seller would not spend 40+ hours building a specific Evolution player. I am requesting a Community Manager to help escalate this for a GENUINE human review. I just want to finish my Evolution.

Ban appeals are not handled via the forums. You can dispute any action against your EA account again (up to three times) by following the steps in the following link:

    Thank you. EA_Barry.

Thank you, EA_Barry. I have already followed those steps and submitted my appeals with the visual evidence of my BACH Evolution.

I am just hoping for a genuine manual review this time, as my gameplay (playing 40+ matches for the EVO deadline) is easily verifiable in my account history. I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.

Also mention to users that ban appeals are not truly taken seriously. You receive a generic automated response, and then the ticket is left open without any actual solution. There’s no real discussion, no way to provide evidence or explain your situation, even though a company this large should have systems capable of punishing only actual cheaters.

At the amount of money people invest into your game—and the hundreds or thousands of hours they spend—it’s honestly insulting to see legitimate players banned unfairly.

Go ahead and tell everyone how you’ve slowly removed almost all real customer support: from barely responding on X anymore, to live chat agents that feel like robots repeating scripted answers without providing any real solutions.

I have exhausted every single feedback channel available: I filed formal appeals, I spoke to live chat agents, I posted here on the forums, and I even reached out to their social media. Yet, I have not received a single genuine, human response—only the same copy-pasted automated templates.

I have clear visual evidence of my 'BACH' Evolution progress that explains exactly why I played those matches, but it feels like I'm shouting into a void. For a company that takes so much time and money from its players, the complete lack of basic human communication is unacceptable.

What’s most frustrating is that they keep repeating 'the action was correct,' but they never specify WHICH rule was broken or WHEN.

If they looked at my account for 30 seconds, they would see my 'BACH' player mid-evolution. Playing matches for an in-game objective is NOT a violation. If the system flagged me for 'automation' just because I was efficient with my time before a deadline, that is a failure of their detection system, not my conduct. How can I defend myself when they hide the 'why' and ignore the evidence I provide?

I would recommend that you send a letter of complaint to their HQ, you have a better chance there

Stop suggesting that, a letter to EA HQ will not help with a ban. For clarity...

Duly noted I will not suggest this anymore.

Exactly. The current support system is a dead end. I’m preparing a formal demand letter to Redwood City now. If they won't look at my BACH evidence online, I'll send it to their front door.

EA_Barry I hear you, Barry, but I have already used 2 of my 3 appeal opportunities. Both times I provided clear evidence, and both times I was met with a generic, automated rejection.

I will NOT be wasting my final appeal right now because your automated system clearly doesn't understand the intensity of 'Chain Evolutions.' I was manually grinding the same 'Attacker Round Out' repeatable evolution 6 times on the SAME player back-to-back, specifically because my 'Sweep & Supply' was expiring in less than 24 hours. I had to finish all 6 cycles to lock in the final stats.

This is a textbook false positive: the system flagged an urgent, manual human effort to beat a deadline as 'automation' simply because the behavior was repetitive. I am keeping my last appeal until a genuine human auditor reviews these specific game mechanics.
