Black screen in champs, sort your **bleep** out

What is wrong with this game, it is a multi billion pound company. i’m loading into my first champs game of the weekend and the opponents team doesn’t show. We go into the game and the whole screen is black, i can only see the mini map and the cursor above the players head. it stayed like this the whole game. I went into the next game and it did the same thing. sort your **bleep** out EA, money grabbing weirdos
