Can’t get my refund

EA SPORTS FC26 Refund 

Requested for a refund for EA SPORTS FC26 within the 24hour period you need to do so request was finally processed after a few hours it’s been 7 days which is the maximum amount of days it said you should wait chatted with an advisor and they said wait 2 days and chatted with another advisor and they said wait 10 to get your money back. I feel like am being scammed need help on how to go about this issue
