Can’t get on the game - Need help contacting EA

I bought EA Sports FC 26 yesterday and til today I am still unable to play the game. Everytime after I choose my favourite club in the game everything just freezes. I have tried everything to solve this issue but nothing seems to help.

I have tried contacting ea but it seems to don’t work either. I have submitted my problem to ea support but haven’t got any answer and there is nothing on ”My Cases”. 
Any solutions on these problems? Both getting on the game and how to contact EA?
