Can anybody help?

So today I got it confirmed I am permanently banned on ea after 2 weeks in on eafc26. I bought spanish managers for 300 coins then premier league consumables for 2000 coins and sold them for 2900 coins. The market is about supply and demand and I found that I could to this by myself. I made about 3000 coins in total and now I am permanently banned because of “coin distribution “ they say I have sold coins or bought coins, which I have never done in my life. I made two case appeals however they don’t understand me and now I can’t play any eafc anymore.
