Cannot pre-order FC26 due to incorrect ban and unavailable appeal

First of all I didn't want to raise this, but I got no solution no update for more than 11 days from the threads in FC25 section:

I was doing some SBCs on web app and banned suddenly without any reason in Jul 29: 

I had not bought coins online, or done any cheating behavior at all, I was also trying to pre order FC26 before this.

And even the appeal failed with the "Case not created" error :

It does impact me on pre-order FC26 on time, so please someone help me to solve the issue as soon as possible, thanks.
