Coin buying

Its sad to see that a lot of people buying coins on third websites and never been caught, I Will never buy coins neither points 

but doesnt ea do nothing about coin buyers at all?! 
seeing monster teams in div6 seeing a lot of people bragging about it and promote it on Insta and Facebook and ea be like HUH
