Compromised Account: Urgent Request to Recover FUT Players on FC 26

My EA account for FC 26 has been compromised, and I have lost several FUT players. I have followed the guides and videos provided, but the issue has not been resolved.
I kindly request that this case be escalated to the Game Data Investigation Team, as my players were sold or transferred from a device that was not mine. I have already changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication to secure my account.
Please review the transaction logs and investigate a possible recovery of my players or compensation. I can provide any information or proof needed to verify ownership of the account, including purchase receipts, email confirmations, or screenshots.
